I’m running DSM 6.1-15047 and Crashpln 4.8.0. Whenever I start crashplan the slpash screen just hangs. Has this happened to anyone before? Is there a way to roll back my DSM version? Any and all help is SUPER appreciated. Thanks!

You need to get the “key” that is inside the .ui_file file on the NAS. For that you need to connect via command line (SSH) to the NAS (you can’t do it with the graphical interface).
The contents of the .ui_file file on your desktop needs to beexactly the same of that in your NAS, but considering the IP address needs to be pointing to the NAS (i.e. it cannot be 0.0.0.0).
